Hi! My name is Rob McInnes and I am a senior caregiver of my mother and my in-laws.|
I am in my early 60’s. I am a senior citizen caregiver. (AARP considers anyone 50 years or older to be a senior.) I have been one of the long distance caregivers for my parents- more now that my Dad has passed away. Even though I am a physician, it has not been easy. My Mom is in her 80’s and living alone 1500 miles away. And my in-laws are in their 80’s and living 300 miles away in a different direction. |
I want to share with you my experience and great solutions I have found that you can also use. You can help keep your aging Mom or Dad independent and possibly postpone hospital stays and assisted living.
